Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, unfortunately we can no longer amend or cancel your order.
How do I return or exchange?
You can find your pre-paid returns label enclosed in your parcel, with instructions how to best send it back to us.

How can I get a new returns slip?
If you’ve lost your returns slip, don’t worry – email customerservice@chekani.com to get a new returns slip for you to fill out. Please ensure to write in your order number so we can process your order.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return back to us, we will process your refund within 2 working days. We will notify you once we have processed it, please wait 7 working days for your bank to process the return.
