Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, unfortunately we can no longer amend or cancel your order.
How do I return or exchange?
Please return your item(s) using a recorded delivery service for your own insurance ensuring postage is paid to the following address:

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return back to us, we will process your refund within 2 working days. We will notify you once we have processed it, please wait 7 working days for your bank to process the return.
